Forklift Driver

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support logistics and stock movement across Lhere Artepe Supermarkets’ sites. You will assist with incoming deliveries, internal stock transfers, and warehouse organisation.

This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring our stores operate efficiently while upholding high standards of safety and service in line with our values of respect, responsibility, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts safely to transport goods within and between sites

- Load and unload pallets and deliveries

- Organise and manage stock in warehouse and back dock areas

- Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and product rotation

- Maintain safe workspaces and report hazards or maintenance issues

- Cooperate with store and warehouse teams to meet operational needs

Required Skills and Attributes:

- Valid forklift licence (essential)

- Proven experience in stock movement or warehouse environments

- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

- Physically fit for lifting and manual handling

- Team-oriented, punctual, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in retail or supermarket logistics

- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

- This is a full-time, non-seasonal, ongoing position

- Based in Alice Springs and eligible for employer-sponsored visa under DAMA
