What’s the gig?
As a Yo-Chi Assistant Manager, you’ll keep the venue running smoothly, from wowing our customers to inspiring a hardworking, fun-loving team.

What you’ll be doing:

    Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    Maintain high standards for cleanliness and efficiency.

    Oversee inventory and stock management.

    Ensure health & safety standards are met.

    Train, develop, and motivate your team.

    Manage KPIs like Labour and COGs.

Who we’re looking for:

    Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR experience is a bonus!).

    A people person who loves to bring out the best in their team.

    Proactive, organised, and solution-focused.

    Someone who keeps the vibes positive and the energy high!
