Workshop Foreman – GRIMME

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Foreman to join our Grimme team.  This is a newly created role where you will manage and coordinate workshop operations, support a dedicated team, and enhance customer experiences.
In this role, you will lead our Service Technicians and Apprentices, ensuring a high level of service and repair work for customers to enhance the reputation of both our company and the Grimme brand.
key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and inspiring a team to perform at their best
• Ensuring service work is carried out effectively and efficiently resulting in satisfied customers
• Providing technical expertise, guidance and mentoring to reduce re-work and improve job accuracy
• Championing a safe, organised and tidy workshop environment
• Supporting the sales team by ensuring that all machinery delivered to the customer is fully ‘field fit’, includes all necessary documentation and exceeds customer expectations
