About the role:In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on heavy mining equipment, including trucks, loaders, and excavators. Duties include troubleshooting wiring, installing/replacing lighting, batteries, and diagnostics, while ensuring safety compliance.
What we are looking for: - Demonstrable experience working mobile equipment maintenance (MEM).
- Experience on Caterpillar, Hitachi and Komatsu Mining Equipment.
- Previous experience working on a mine site with diagnosing and repairing mining equipment.
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Automotive Electrician.
- Valid Manual C Class Driver's Licence.
- Current Air Conditioning & Refrigeration licence.
- At minimum, 2 years post trade qualification / apprenticeship in the mining industry.
