The Opportunity
As an SMGB Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our Smokemart wholesale business by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong business relationships with existing customers. Reporting to the National Sales Manager your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Wholesale Smokemart business line in your area, where focus is on:
- Building new wholesale customers
- Work with wholesale stores for canvassing – pre-existing & new customers
- B2B and B2C sales focussed
- Maintain and grow wholesale business in your area
- Provide competitor pricing and comprehensive analysis for your region
- Report of any instances of illicit trade as per company policy
- Efficiently resolve customer queries by conducting thorough investigations, developing effective solutions and making recommendations to management
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support in the delivery of the state growth plan
- Support with wholesale training for Area Sales Managers in your state
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Extensive experience working in a sales environment
- Proficiency with sales tracking and inventory management software
- Strong working knowledge in stock control, invoicing and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate team members to achieve set business goals.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
