We’re on the lookout for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team in Kewdale. If you have a background in structural fabrication, crane modification, and paint & panel work, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to exciting new designs—including industry-leading electric crane (EV) projects—while working on some of WA’s most unique heavy equipment builds.

Key Responsibilities
MIG/stick welding and heavy steel fabrication
Structural repairs and custom modifications to crane booms, chassis, and components
Read and interpret technical drawings
Assist with surface prep, sanding, masking, and refinishing as needed
Perform minor paint touch-ups and assist trades in the spray booth
Maintain clean workspaces, follow safety protocols, and operate tools correctly
Contribute to project planning and execution with a hands-on approach
Experience
Trade qualification in Fabrication/Welding or Boiler making
2+ years’ experience in welding and fabrication
Previous work on cranes, trucks, or heavy equipment (preferred)
Paint and panel or spray painting knowledge is (highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship (desirable)
Valid driver’s licence
Ability to travel within Perth metro if required
