Role Overview:
As our Warehouse Manager, you are required to achieve high customer satisfaction by managing daily activities dispatch activities through working closely with customer service team and demand planning team, ensuring the warehouse team understand their responsibilities and are effective in carrying out their work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage on hand stock levels through collaboration with the internal teams, in accordance with the agreed service level agreements.
Track expenses for the cost centre.
Managing truck movement on site.
Proactively lead and guide the team to anticipate order fulfillment needs with FIFO delivery.
Responsible for meeting the assigned KPIs (OTS, DIFOT / back order management, pick per day) to ensure excellence in service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
Act as a key stakeholder in customer claim related to quality performance of transporter, goods damaged from customer.
Responsible for inventory accuracy by conducting periodic cycle count and participate in stock take activities.
What We’re Looking For:
A tertiary degree, warehouse certification or ability to demonstrate equivalent work experience.
Deep expertise in Warehousing, logistic role, including dispatch processes, operation capacity and reporting.
Working knowledge of SAP and EDI.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
The ability to analyze data trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
A passion for creating positive customer experiences and achieving outstanding results.
