The Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Medical Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team at our brand-new, clean, and efficient consumable hub. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that medical supplies for healthcare and veterinary needs are handled with precision and care. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing orders, maintaining inventory, and upholding a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Efficiently receive and process medical supplies, ensuring each item matches order specifications.

  • Safely load and unload pallets using a forklift.

  • Assist in container unloading to ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Organize, label, and store medical products and equipment according to established procedures.

  • Support inventory management by rotating stock, tracking expiration dates, and performing regular checks, reporting any discrepancies.

  • Prepare and package medical products for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment that meets health and safety standards.

  • Take on other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.

Who You Are:

  • You have prior experience in warehouse or inventory management—experience in medical supplies is a plus, but not essential.

  • You’re already forklift certified, with the ability to operate a forklift safely.

  • You’re able to lift and move heavy items with care and attention.

  • You’re detail-oriented with a strong organizational mindset.

  • You’re comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

  • You have great communication skills and can follow both written and verbal instructions.

  • You have basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems.
