Ready Resources is on the lookout for a Tyre Fitter Leading Hand to provide delivery of efficient and compliant on-site field services support to our client.
This role is responsible for the provision of hands on Leadership that enables the team to deliver, safe, efficient and compliant change out of OTR and LV tire services.
Work Schedule:
Start date: Mid June
Roster : 2:1
Days: 12 hours
What we are looking for: - Minimum of 5 years in a Tyre Fitting HME or Earthmoving role
- Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical – Tyre Fitting Heavy (AUR21920) or equivalent qualification
- Manual drivers license
- National police check
- Previous mine site experience
- Outstanding commitment to safety in the workplace
- Statutory 26 Certification (Desirable)
Skills: - Have a proven ability to build and manage client relationships whilst working closely with your teams in achieving set goals and KPI’s.
- The ability to work under pressure and a keen eye for detail are also critical for this role.
- Solid understanding of tyre operations and/or mining environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively across all levels.
Tasks and duties: - Lead by example in adhering and demonstrating company standards, policies, procedures, and values.
- Assess Tyre conditions and conduct necessary inspections.
- Conduct audits and assessment of products and ensure effective services delivery.
- Provide reconditioning solutions of tyres and rims, including re-treads and repairs.
