We are looking for a Tug Engineer with a strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and teamwork, to join our team in Port Adelaide, SA. The successful candidate must reside within a two-hour radius of our operations, and FIFO is not an option.
This is an 50% part-time role with no set roster, requiring availability throughout a year for a minimum of 91 working days. You will receive a fortnightly salary based on an 50% pro-rated structure, with the current full-time equivalent salary for a Tug Engineer in Port Adelaide set at $236,055 per annum (pro-rated is $118,027).
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Port Manager and the Tug Master onboard the vessel, you will be part of a three-person crew and will be responsible for operating and maintaining engines, deck machinery, and other equipment aboard.
