Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for trucks and a proven track record in sales.  You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing them with the best truck solutions.

About the role

• The ability to learn and promote our brands.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable truck models and features.

• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

• Negotiate clear sales agreements.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in truck sales or related fields. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with results driven approach.

• Attention to detail.

• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.

• To ensure compliance with WTG's Policies, standards, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements. To take all reasonable steps and precautions to protect our workplace, employees, and our environment.

The right candidate will hold a valid and current Australian Driver’s Licence.
