TRUCK DRIVER

GRSA DEOL PTY LTD is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across local and/or interstate routes, ensuring all deliveries are completed in compliance with road safety regulations.

Task & responsibilities

• Reviewing loading documentation, inspecting goods, and confirming delivery certifications
• Ensuring cargo is properly secured and covered to avoid damage or loss during transit
• Carrying out safety checks to verify vehicle condition before driving
• Using tipping, lifting, or other equipment to safely load and unload vehicles
• Estimating load weights and ensuring proper distribution to meet legal limits
• Following all safety guidelines during loading, unloading, and transportation
• Accurately positioning vehicles for effective loading and unloading processes

Qualification & experience

• Minimum of 1-year full-time experience as a Truck Driver.
• Valid HC/MC licence with a clean and current driving record.
• Strong knowledge of road transport regulations, fatigue management, and chain of responsibility.
• Proven ability to complete delivery documentation accurately and manage trip records.
• Skilled in load restraint, weight distribution, and safe handling of goods.
• Experience operating lifting, tipping, and other loading/unloading equipment.
