Truck Driver – HR License (Concrete Agitator Truck Operator)

Salary:                  $85,000 plus Superannuation 

Hours:                  38 Hours per week

Experience:        2 years of  relevant experience

Reporting Relationships:

The Position reports directly to the director.

Responsibilities & Duties included but not limited to.

Drive a mixer truck on public roads, following traffic laws and company safety rules.

Load and unload materials using the mixer truck

Perform daily vehicle inspections and reports to ensure safety and proper maintenance

Maintain high product quality.

Communicate job site information to the Dispatcher.

Keep the mixer truck clean and presentable.

Report vehicle issues to the maintenance department.

When operating an agitator truck, keep it in continuous motion to prevent the concrete from setting, ensuring consistent quality and workability.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience.
• Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of road transport safety and vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and professional conduct at job sites.
• Basic mechanical skills for identifying vehicle faults.
