We’re seeking an experienced, passionate trainer to deliver the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design to international students at our centrally located Brisbane campus.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, CAC Brisbane is expanding its academic team. We are looking for a qualified and industry-experienced Trainer & Assessor who can deliver engaging, high-quality face-to-face training to our international student cohort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face training for the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design (RII60520)
  • Conduct assessments and provide ongoing student support
  • Ensure compliance with training package requirements and RTO standards
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
  • Support students through their learning journey and foster a positive classroom experience

About You

  • Hold the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design or higher qualification
  • Hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or successor)
  • Have recent and relevant industry experience
  • Prior experience as a trainer/assessor in an RTO environment
  • Confident in delivering training to international students
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
