We've been retained by Parity's Founder and Managing Director, Victoria Butt, to find a "Relationship Manager" who is eager to build deep industry connections, manage high-value client relationships, and, over time, develop into a high-performing full-suite recruiter.
So, who are you?
Well, you don't need ANY experience in recruitment. You do need to have a passion for the idea of recruitment though. Ideally, you'll have experience working in a structured and process-driven work environment - be that real estate, Aldi store management, McDonalds store management, Flight Centre sales etc.

The role?
Well, it starts off as a relationship-focused role and will evolve into a high-level sales position over time. Initially, you’ll be responsible for building strong candidate networks, managing client relationships, and ensuring the right talent connects with the right opportunities.
You'll be:
Engaging and managing relationships with mid-to-senior level professionals across financial services and other industries.
Sourcing and qualifying top talent to present to clients, ensuring a minimum of three qualified candidates per role.
Speaking to 50+ candidates weekly, gathering insights to build strong talent pipelines.
Generating and following up on vacancy leads, ensuring at least eight new opportunities per month.
Making strategic referrals to our key partners (minimum five per month).
Adding 10 new-to-business candidates into our CRM each month.
As you master relationship management, your role will naturally expand into sales, developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and growing a high-value portfolio with significant earning potential.
