Trades Assistant

Harlsan Industries is seeking a diligent and professional team player to fill this permanent, full-time position. No previous experience is required other than a demonstrated aptitude for self-improvement, skills development, and workplace integrity. In the role, you will support supervisors and trades staff within the production team, while safely undertaking manufacturing activities including robot welding, CNC machining, material preparation, cutting and component assembly. 

We offer in-depth training and support with multiple pay level increases and promotions on your journey to Level 4 Trades Assistant. The transition to Level 4 is achievable during your first 2 years of employment.  Learning our manufacturing processes and developing your skills in parts manufacturing will allow for future career development opportunities.
