About the role
Reporting to the Network Support Lead, the Network Support Administrator has a primary responsibility to respond to Honda’s parts queries and liaise with the Ownership Experience & Customer Service divisions to fulfil network requirements. The role is required to demonstrate an exceptional customer experience during all interactions with the Honda dealer network, 3rd parties and MPE Associates, developing and maintaining positive relationships when responding to queries or processing/controlling manual credits. In addition to supporting Supply Chain projects across all function areas.
