What’s the role?
As a Test Manager, you will manage end-to-end testing for the UNITE program, focusing on driving automation and exploring innovative testing approaches for optimal outcomes.
In this role, you'll define and maintain test policies and standards, implement process excellence, and establish collaborative in-house testing practices. You'll lead a high-performing team, ensuring quality through thoughtful planning and feedback, while driving continuous improvements, including automating business regression testing to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What do I need?
- 3-5 years of experience as a Test Manager or Program Test Manager.
- Preferred: Experience with Treasury or Institutional Banking projects
- Expertise in developing and maintaining resource and work plans
- Strong focus on risk-based project/program management
- Experience working within collaborative Agile/Scrum teams.
