What’s the role?
This is a full time permanent hybrid role based out of our Barangaroo offices in Sydney
You will lead & manage the Quality Assurance & Automation testing strategy & its execution across the Retail Banking Technology portfolio.
What do I need?
- Proven experience of Test Management within large tech programs, including the creation of test strategy and governance.
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with track record of successfully building strong Quality Assurance teams and embedding processes, tools and Quality Assurance ways of working
- Strong technical background with expertise in relevant test automation languages, tools and technologies
- Solid understanding of project methodologies and tools
- Experience in recruiting, building and mentoring high performing technology teams
- Ability to make strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
