Your Role: As our new Telemarketing Manager, you'll be the heart of our sales engine. You'll lead, coach, and drive performance with energy and integrity. Your mission is simple: build and empower a high-performing team that thrives on results.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead & Inspire – Manage a passionate team of outbound agents, keeping them focused, energised, and results-driven

- Optimise Campaigns – Oversee cold outreach via Vicidial and warm lead follow-ups through GoHighLevel CRM

- Coach for Success – Provide real-time call feedback, monitor live and recorded calls, and implement winning strategies

- Recruit & Train – Attract the right people and train them into sales stars

- Data-Driven Execution – Manage lead segmentation, ensure clean lists, and drive

Motivate & Celebrate Set clear goals, reward wins, and create a culture where people want to do their best

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales management

- Confidence using Vicidial & GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs)

- Natural coach and mentor who thrives on team wins

- Strong analytical and organisational skills

- A leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front
