Provide expert technical support and advice to internal teams and stakeholders, while monitoring the performance and reliability of telecommunications networks and systems.
Plan and coordinate the development and enhancement of customer access networks and communication infrastructure.
Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and suppliers to manage telecommunications projects and ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met.
Deliver operational support for the design, optimisation, fault diagnosis, and repair of telecommunications networks, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Undertake specialised telecommunications engineering tasks, including performance monitoring, equipment selection, and installation to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Highly competitive salary: $110,000 – $140,000

Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot faults in microwave, telemetry, multiplexing, satellite, and other radio and RF communication systems in line with Australian standards.
Configure and integrate telecommunications systems with IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, peripherals, databases, and operating systems.
Maintain detailed records of equipment, assets, and inventory, including locations, operational status, and service history. Ensure all documentation aligns with internal policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications in Telecommunications, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control Systems, Robotics, or a related Engineering discipline
