Looking for a Technical BA to ensure the successful support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O solution.

The role adds value by providing Business Analysis and Problem Solving to technical issues that arise in the integration between F&O and CRM.

Requirements and Tasks

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application (& CRM is optional)
• Work with team members and Business Analysts to define use cases and business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Support data migration efforts where required to maintain data integrity across all operational systems
• Implement and maintain access controls based on roles and access conditions.
• Design custom entities and attributes. Create custom entities and attributes tailored to individual business units’ processes in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Apply and customise F&O system configuration and reference data management
• Develop custom workflows and actions. Participate in the DevOps, Agile-Scrum process by assisting with use case development, estimating, and completing assigned stories.
• Support the seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other applications including Finance and Operations
• Translate requirements into potential ways to solve, collaborating with developers on the optimum solution factoring in time, effort and quality. Apply experience and skills in Dynamics 365 F&O to provide detailed, reliable solutions and estimates for implementation.
• Participate in the validation process to ensure the output meets the criteria outlined by the business
• Preparation of functional specification and use case scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Conduct software testing in close cooperation with IT and business subject matter experts

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Platform including OOB functionality of MS D365 CE module
• Experience with Dynamics Portals/ADX Studio is an advantage.
• Experience with T-SQL.
• Experience with DevOps, JIRA and Agile/Scrum.
• Preferred knowledge of AWS.
• Preferred technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process flows, Business Rules, Actions and Customer Workflow assemblies/SDK.
• Should have some knowledge of DevOps and the application lifecycle management (CI/CD pipelines) in D365.
