About the role
Here at Woolies, we have a team called Proactive Services that ensures trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition - this enables our Customers (and your colleagues) to experience an environment that is hygienically clean to work and shop in. You'll work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a little good to everyone, every day. As a Team Leader, you’ll lead and develop a team, ensuring that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard. Coach and train your team, developing their skills in trolley collection, cleaning and waste support.
