TTI is currently seeking a Team Leader Outbound to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the DC Warehouse Team Manager, here is a brief summary of the role:
Summary
The purpose of this role is to Manage your team within the Distribution Centre (DC) to stay safe and exceed customer service level expectations through efficient, cost-effective processes. Lead through coaching and succession planning, to develop a resilient, agile and change-ready team.
What this involves day-to-day
· Liaising and communicating daily with key stakeholders of service to our business
· Prepare and report daily/weekly/monthly as appropriate on agreed KPI measures and analysis to ensure all targets are met, and issues arising are followed up and managed in line with company policy
· Lead your team to ensure:
o All orders are picked and despatched within agreed timelines - DIFOT
o Pick accuracy exceeds the minimum benchmark levels
o Plan all resources to meet varying day-to-day demands
· Working to achieve cost savings on consumables, equipment and other cost centre expenses
· Liaising and communicating daily with key stakeholders of service to our business.
Experience required
· Experience working in a FMCG environment
· Microsoft Office - intermediate
· The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
· Leads by example demonstrating the appropriate behaviours
· Clear and concise verbal and written communication. The ability to follow up and maintain professionalism under pressure.
