The Role - A Day in the Life of a Team Leader
As a Team Leader within our Career Transition Assistance/JobLab contract you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating a variety of training programs. Your mission is to support participants in achieving their training and employment goals. Additionally, you will oversee and lead a dedicated team of CTA/JobLab trainers across the operations region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and consistent support for all participants.
