What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a close-knit team of consultants, supporting their development and performance
• Managing and growing a diverse client portfolio, including regular site visits and account planning
• Driving business development through proactive client engagement and candidate marketing
• Ensuring high standards of candidate care, compliance, and service delivery across temp and perm roles
• Collaborating with leadership to set and meet individual and team KPIs

What you'll bring to the role:

• A strong background in recruitment, ideally with 12+ months in a client-facing or account management role
• Strong exposure and experience recruiting for a temporary desk
• Experience mentoring or leading a team
• A proven track record of hitting recruitment KPIs and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive mindset and genuine passion for people
