We are in the game of helping people, and by joining WISE Employment as an internal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a key player in our acquisition of quality talent, helping us find customer-centric, resilient and creative employees to build our industry-leading teams.

Working closely with our hiring managers and senior management teams you will identify and source talent to meet business workforce requirements and provide advice on talent acquisition strategies. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment and provide a professional and exceptional candidate experience.

You will be supported by an internal Talent Team and a team of People, Culture and Capability professionals and have the opportunity to work with a group of dedicated, innovative and driven managers.

Please note: this is a part-time maximum term contract role up until 23rd December 2025, in line with an increase in demand for our recruitment needs.

What you will do:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify internal talent acquisition requirements and strategies
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring outstanding candidate experience
  • Source applicants through a variety of means including online advertising, social media, talent searches, word of mouth, brand awareness and employee referrals
  • Screen candidate applications and shortlist candidates for interview
  • Respond to candidate enquiries and provide updates on applicants' progress, including providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • Manage candidate management systems and talent acquisition tools/platforms for allocated vacancies
  • Maintain recruitment data and reporting on recruitment trends or issues and make recommendations for improvement
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into WISE's business
  • Provide advice to hiring managers and ensure talent acquisition processes are conducted in accordance with WISE Policy and legislative requirements and industry best practice
  • Partner with People, Culture and Capability in talent acquisition and retention initiatives
About you:
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition (or similar)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed planning, coordination, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate and an ability to work towards KPI’s
  • You will thrive on our key attributes of Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check and Working with Children Check requirements
  • Current driver’s license
  • Experience with Employment Services (or similar) is desirable but not essential
You will be an experienced recruitment professional comfortable with high-volume recruitment and excited by a fast-paced working environment. You will have the proven ability to influence at all levels to achieve outstanding results and desired outcomes.

Your experience will include recruiting at all business levels, from entry level to management roles, and you will have a proven record of accomplishment in sourcing, placing and retaining talent. You will be committed to a customer-centric approach, delivering outstanding results for the business and displaying qualities of empathy and compassion in your work.
