A full-time opportunity for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor has become available in our small, close knit Perth office. If you love a challenge and are a self-starter, then this would be an amazing opportunity for you!
Reporting to the Executive Director – West, and based in our Burswood office, you will coach and mentor a small team of staff to source, attract, and onboard talent to meet the business needs for the remote village operations throughout WA and NT.
About the role: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Oversee and actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a variety of roles
- Seek to try new advertising strategies and platforms
- Maintain an open dialogue with potential candidates
- Monitor visa status for current employees
- Generate contracts and provide new employees with a positive on boarding process
About you: - Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experienced with JobAdder (highly desirable)
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Have an exceptional level of interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
