- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team performance

*Requirements:*

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

- Proven experience as a sushi chef

- Kowledge of sushi preparation

- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
