The Opportunity:

Come and join our team! We are seeking Community Disability Supports Worker located across our accommodation homes in Glenroy, Wollert and Epping. You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
• Assistance with transfers requiring manual handling

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience as a Disability Support Worker
• Drivers Licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
• NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain

What shifts are we offering?

Shifts vary from day to day but will look like the following:

• Monday-Sunday 6.30am-3.30pm or 7am-2pm
• Monday-Sunday 2pm-8pm
• Monday-Sunday 3.30pm-6.30am (including sleepover)
