About youYou are comfortable making a high volume of calls on a daily basis and engaging with our clients;You have an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges;You are personable and have a can-do attitude;You are a graduate of Business/Accounting/Commerce;You bring exceptional time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;Previous experience in customer service will be highly valuable.
What you'll be doing You will be responsible for handling client queries in a timely manner, while working toward daily individual and team KPIs providing a high level of quality support to our clients;Providing solutions and compliance-based assistance, ensuring clients are able to fully utilise our products with a focus on education and prevention of recurring issues.
