Position: Supervisor - Southern Region

Location: Seven Hills office - MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AWAY FROM HOME

Employment: Permanent 

Renumeration: Hourly rate, plus overtime, allowances and benefits (LAFHA, Ute, Fuel Card, etc)

PCA Ground Engineering offers design and construct capabilities within the piling and ground engineering industry. We prioritize safety, environmental protection, and invest in our people and plant.

We are seek Construction Supervisors with industry knowledge to lead construction crews and deliver ground engineering projects in some of Australia's most beautiful locations. PCA are hiring for people leaders who come with an area of expertise in one of our core verticals. This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously with responsibility in delivering projects with PCA.

Requirements:

• Civil construction experience

• Construction Industry Induction Card

• Driver's license with own transport

• Proven track record of delivering projects in construction

• Able to lead and motivate construction crews

• Strong safety focus; drug and alcohol-free

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Punctual and willing to work away

Highly Regarded Skills:

• High level leadership skills, taking full responsibility for the performance of your team

• Operating general construction machinery

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform tickets
