What You’ll Need:
Solid background in pool operations, lifeguarding and pool plant operations & systemsProven leadership skills to supervise and support a large and diverse team across two leisureplexesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExceptional commitment to customer service and experience de-escalating complaints promptly and professionallyCurrent Pool Lifeguard, Group 1 Pool Operator, CPR & Provide First Aid CertificatesCurrent Self-Contained Breathing ApparatusLIWA AccreditationFlexibility to work early starts, evenings, and weekends.
