  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather technical information and pricing.
  • Format and layout submission documents in line with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a central library of reusable content, case studies, and CVs.
  • Conduct post-submission reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support the Pre-Contracts team with scheduling and documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A relevant degree in Engineering, Communications, or similar (preferred).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in tender submissions or proposal coordination, ideally in construction or infrastructure.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, Aconex, or Procore.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Graphic/layout skills in Adobe InDesign (highly desirable).
