Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience.
• Solid business acumen and communication skills.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
