ABOUT YOU!

To fill the position of Store Manager, you will be self-motivated with a demonstrated passion for health and fitness. You will possess leadership qualities with the ability to drive a team.

You will be approachable and show compassion, allowing every customer to feel comfortable from the moment they enter the store. You will ask the right questions to assess customer needs and wants, creating the ultimate customer experience every time!

Skills and experience

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Experience in working towards KPI’s
  • Sound knowledge on vitamins and health food products 
  • Basic knowledge on sports supplements 
  • Previous experience working in a health food/supplement store will be highly regarded
  • An education in nutrition and/or fitness may be beneficial
  • Basic computer skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
