Store Manager

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at their Perth retail store. The ideal candidate will lead the team in delivering excellent customer experiences, managing stock and merchandising, and achieving sales and operational targets.

Task & responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening, closing, rostering, and cash handling.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and liaise with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure merchandising and visual displays are attractive, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management and contribute to business improvement initiatives.

Qualification & experience

No formal qualification is required, but a diploma or certificate in retail management, business, or a related field is desirable.

At least three years of relevant work experience in a similar retail management role.
