What we’re looking for:Leadership experience: A proven leader who can bring out the best in their team.Retail expertise: Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.Sales-driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Customer-focused: Someone who understands the importance of a great customer experience.Team player: Collaborative and ready to support your team every step of the way.Availability & flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and peak trading periods.Physical capability: Ability to lift and safely handle furniture up to 20kg as required.
