You'll be in the Home Buying Manage & Own Crew, responsible for the in-life experience of our Home Loan customers, building a brighter future for all by unlocking the dream of Home Ownership for all Australians, and providing them with the best experience.
As a hands-on technology leader with full stack experience, you will be leading a team of engineers who will be designing & implementing solutions as well as influencing your Value streams tech leads, Product Owner & Crew Tech lead. Being product aligned and customer obsessed, you'll own what you build (full cycle engineering model) and will be working in the latest technologies and frameworks (.Net Core, React, Angular, Azure, AWS, Containerisation with the potential for NodeJS/ NextJS & AI).
We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few.
