About Us:
Apex Health Professionals is dedicated to providing high-quality allied health services to individuals of all ages. We are looking for a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team in Point Cook on a contract/casual basis to provide person-centred holistic care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessment.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Monitor and document client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver evidence-based service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Minimum of one year of experience in speech therapy.
- Current driving license
- Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Knowledge and expertise in NDIS funding processes and report writing.
