We have multiple opportunities for speech pathologists for in-clinic roles in Pymble as well as hybrid roles across Sydney & Melbourne to cater to our evolving and expanding business. We are looking to fill both graduate and senior positions. Graduates will be nurtured and mentored to accelerate their career growth and build confidence.
Your role is integral to the success of the company by being the face of the business Your work will be interesting and challenging and you'll have the opportunity to develop therapeutic specialties if you wish
DUTIES Assessing, diagnosing and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of clients with speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders
Utilising case history, assessment results and clinical observations to develop and review treatment goals and therapy plans to suit the individualized of a diverse population of clients (infants to adults) Communicate information and support to families regarding therapy strategies and techniques Monitoring client progress by keeping detailed up-to-date progress notes and client records and adjust treatment plans as needed
Writing assessment and funding reports, referral letters Collaborate with clients extended care team and support network to ensure comprehensive care Liase with other clinicians and wider team to share learnings.
