Are you looking to join a leading disability provider in Western Sydney? Join a company that is client-focused - they provide therapy services to Western Sydney communities and are looking for additional Speech Pathologists for their Blacktown centre. Their mission is two-fold, to make the NDIS easy/accessible and to build long-lasting relationships.
You will be given the choice to manage a paediatric or mixed-ages caseload depending on your preference. Full-time and part-time options available with flexibility in hours and days.
What you will be doing:
- 50/50 split between clinic and community working with WFH options
- Opportunities to engage in Telehealth therapy if desired
- Caseload - Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, rare genetic disorders, developmental delay, and neurological conditions i.e. brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis
- Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy
Why this role: - You will be supported by the Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist with weekly or fortnightly supervision (based on experience) to discuss complex cases
- Awesome clinic space with individual consultation rooms, sensory and rehab gym
- Above award pay rates with salaries between $70,000 - $97,000 + super
- Enjoy variety in your role with a mix of clinic, community and work from home
- You will be collaboratively working with a team of Occupational Therapists
- The centre provides a wealth of services to those living with disabilities including group day programs and daily living supports
Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Working With Children Check
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
- All experience levels are encouraged to apply
