We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to support our kitchen leadership team and help drive our culinary operations.

Task & responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality and consistency in all dishes
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal menus
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a strong kitchen team environment

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Certification IV in Kitchen Managment or in related discipline 
• You are a true foodie who delights in being on the cutting edge of culinary trends and cooking techniques
• You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines 
• Be a team player, but also be able to work autonomously
• Attention to detail and great time management is a must
• Previous experience in a high-end environment – function / a la carte / boardroom setting
