• Work visa will be provided for this role
• Expected salary: $54,000 - $80,000 per year
• This is an immediate start position

Sous Chef required.

Excellent opportunity for a long-term position in a well-established French European Cuisine Establishment.

Salary negotiable depending on the applicant’s experience & qualifications.

The candidate will:

• Have a passion for the food industry, knowledge in French & Modern Australian Cuisine, and demonstrate excellent culinary skills.

• Menu planning, purchasing control, production control, and organizing daily and weekly mise en place for à la carte and function service.

• Maintain the kitchen, cool room, fridges, freezers, and cooking utensils clean and in good order
