Solicitor required for Hobart office. 

We specialise in the recovery of unpaid strata levies in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD.  Our clients are strata managers who refer lot owners for levy recovery.

 The position allows lifestyle benefits with hours being negotiable.

The position would suit someone who requires flexible hours to compliment family responsibilities.  Hours are negotiable - 9.30am to 2.30pm would be acceptable.  Remote court appearances allow additional flexibility.

 The person we are seeking would enjoy simple litigation. 

You will become a specialist in:

·         bankruptcy applications in the Federal Court

·         winding up applications in the Federal Court

·         state strata legislation as it affects unpaid levies

·         preparation of affidavits, applications

We have developed software tools to automate most documentation. 

Appearances in ACAT (ACT), VCAT (Vic), local court (NSW) and Federal Court are remote via videolink.
