Key Responsibilities:Build relationships with our clients, proactively offering creative solutions to their challengesTranslate client aspirations and innovative ideas into practical, impactful software solutions that shape the future of research management.Leverage your technical aptitude to configure our software effectively, aligning client requirements with optimal outcomes during implementations.Collaborate closely with our project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with project timelines and customer goals.Provide exceptional post-implementation support, offering insightful, high-quality product guidance beyond routine inquiries, building long term trust with client power users.
Required Skills:Experience in research management, business analysis, product ownership or related areasFriendly, approachable personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, aligning expectations and building consensus.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in complex situations.Detail-oriented with effective multi-tasking abilities, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.Technical curiosity and a keen interest in mastering new software systems.
