As we continue to grow across keyinternational markets, we’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to elevate our digitalpresence and deepen engagement with food lovers around the globe.
Your Role:
As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating, scheduling, andpublishing content across our digital platforms. Your storytelling skills will help us build brandawareness, grow our audience, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and publish high-quality, visually compelling content (text, images, videos) acrosssocial media and website platforms
·Plan and manage content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and brandobjectives
·Design and edit marketing visuals, infographics, and short-form videos tailored for socialmedia engagement
·Ensure consistency in visual and written content
·Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights
·Analyse digital marketing and social media data to evaluate trends and audience behavior
·Recommend updates to improve SEO and user engagement based on campaign analysis
·Collaborate with photographers, and external partners to maintain consistent brand voiceand style
·Stay on top of digital trends and competitor activities in the food and hospitality industry
What We’re Looking For:
2 years+ experience in content creation and social media management
Strong storytelling skills and an eye for aesthetics
Strong skills in photography, video production and editing
Familiarity with data analysis tools and social media metrics
Understanding of SEO and content optimisation best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus: Mandarin proficiency or experience with Chinese cuisine brands
