The role: SMP Superintendent (Mining) x 4
Our client has secured several significant mining projects across WA, NSW, and QLD and is looking to hire 4 skilled SMP (Structural, Mechanical, and Piping) Superintendents to lead critical project phases and ensure successful delivery.
Overview:
- Competitive Salary or Hourly Rate
- 12-month Initial Contract (with potential for extension beyond late 2025)

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of structural, mechanical, and piping components for mining infrastructure projects. Projects range from
$2M to $50M+, providing opportunities to take charge of high-impact work across various mining sites.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as an SMP Superintendent on large-scale mining projects
- Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, and piping systems in mining environments
- Exceptional leadership skills in coordinating and supervising multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and on-site troubleshooting
- Comprehensive understanding of mining site safety protocols and compliance
- Valid Mining State accreditations, construction cards, and medicals preferred
