The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Joint Sealer / Silicone Applicator who takes pride in precise work and understands the importance of quality presentation and long-term durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply sealants including silicone, polyurethane,
• Complete internal and external joint sealing, including tilt panels and expansion joints
• Travel to various job sites Sunshine Coast to South Brisbane
• Ensure surface prep is completed to a high standard prior to application
• Work alongside builders, site supervisors and team members to meet deadlines
• Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and consistent high-quality finishes

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year experience in joint sealing or caulking
• Competent in all areas of sealant application
• Strong attention to detail and a great eye for clean finishes
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
