About the opportunity
Our Brisbane Parcel Facility (BPF) is one of the largest and most dynamic operational sites in the Australia Post network. We’re looking for a Shift Production Manager to help lead the way in creating a high-performance culture, where safety, service, and people are front and centre. You’ll be joining a collaborative, experienced leadership team that’s focused on continuous improvement, employee engagement, and delivering best-in-class service outcomes.
What you’ll deliver with us
As the BPF Shift Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating the operational performance of your designated shift. You’ll play a key role in achieving service targets, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you'll work closely with facility leaders, production teams, and support functions to manage day-to-day operations and enable long-term success.
